Fermentation took place in a stainless still fermenter, where it rested undisturbed on the lees until bottling. No SO2 added at any point. This is a very seductive rose with bouquet of tropical fruit, strawberries, raspberries and spice. with a long and full mouth finish. Very small quantity available.
