Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir (direct press). Handpicked and locally grown grapes. The grapes were hand-picked and ‘naturally ‘ fermented, no additives, no racking, no filtration, matured in stainless steel for 8 months. No added sulfites. Low intervention.
