Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, direct pressed Pinot Noir. Estate grown grapes. The grapes were hand-picked and ‘naturally’ fermented, no additives, no racking, no filtration, matured in stainless steel for 8 months. No added sulfites. Low intervention.
