Grenache 35%, Syrah 35%, Sangiovese 30%. Local and sustainably grown grapes, whole clusters stomped and naturally co-fermented. Aged in a French oak barrel where it rested for 19 months. 300 bottles made. No additives, no racking, no filtration, or fining.
