From sustainably and locally Nevada County grown grapes. Hand-picked and manually processed grapes, minimal intervention in the cellar, aged for 19 months in neutral French oak barrels, no sulfites added at any stage. Light, refreshing and fruity with a very balanced minerality and acidity.
