Handpicked, 50/50% each variety gently crushed/destemmed and ‘naturally’ co-fermented for 5 days. Then, the ‘free run’ Syrah and the Grenache were manually transferred into a neutral French oak barrel, where it finished fermentation. Low intervention until bottling. 240 bottles produced.
